This website is owned and operated by The Paul Brothers (Paul Wooden Plywood), a proprietorship run by Chiranjit Paul, based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India (GSTIN: 22BNJPP3067M1ZN). We manufacture, supply, and deal in shuttering plywood, WPC panels, SPC flooring, stone panels, and related building & interior materials.

• An order is confirmed only once we verbally or in writing (including WhatsApp) confirm the product, quantity, price, and terms with you.
• We may decline or cancel any enquiry or order at our discretion — e.g. incorrect information, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in INR and subject to change unless confirmed in writing for a specific order.
• Prices may vary by quantity, location, transport, and prevailing raw material rates.
• Payment terms are communicated at order confirmation and must be agreed before dispatch, unless otherwise arranged. GST/taxes apply as per government rates.

Dealership & distributor enquiries

Submitting a dealership enquiry does not guarantee approval — all requests are reviewed at our discretion. Dealership terms (pricing, territory, MOQ, credit) are governed by a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, logos, product images, and branding — belongs to The Paul Brothers or its brand/manufacturer partners, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We do not collect payment card details on this website — orders/payments are handled directly with our team over call/WhatsApp.

Refund & Returns Policy

Being a building-materials business, products are generally sold on a confirmed-order basis. This policy explains when returns, replacements, or refunds apply.

Eligibility for return/replacement

• Returns or exchanges are considered only for genuine manufacturing defects or transit damage.
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/video of the product and packaging.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

Not eligible for return

• Custom-cut, custom-ordered, or made-to-size materials.
• Products that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery.
• Minor natural variation in grain, shade, or texture — this is normal for wood-based and manufactured panel products, not a defect.

Refund process

• Once a defect/damage claim is verified by our team, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as mutually agreed) within a reasonable time after verification.
• Any manufacturer warranty applicable to a specific product follows that manufacturer's own terms, communicated to you at time of purchase where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery areas & timelines

• We primarily serve Raipur and surrounding areas in Chhattisgarh, and can arrange dispatch to other locations on request.
• Delivery timelines shared with you are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, transportation, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Large or bulk orders may require additional dispatch time — we will inform you of the expected timeline at order confirmation.

Delivery charges

Delivery/transport charges (if any) depend on order size, distance, and location, and will be communicated to you before dispatch as part of your quotation.

Risk & receiving goods

• Risk in goods passes to the customer once handed over to the transporter or picked up from our premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available (or nominating a representative) to receive and inspect goods at delivery.
• Please check the shipment for visible transit damage at the time of delivery and report any issue immediately (see Refund & Returns Policy above).
